What We Believe (and Why We Believe it)
There are many things that many people believe when it comes to eternity and other such things. Here's what we believe, as a PenRose Society as a whole, and why we believe it is true. You should check out these verses - you might find some interesting stuff. Enjoy!
Jesus is the Son of God (Luke 4:41, Matthew 8:29, Matthew 14:33, Matthew 16:16, Matthew 27:43, Mark 1:1, 1 John 4:9)
and the only way of Salvation is through Jesus Christ (John 14:1, Psalm 3:8, Romans 10:5-10, Acts 4:12, Romans 1:16, Hebrews 2:10)
who is also God (Mark 10:18, Mark 12:28-34, John 10:33-39, John 17:3, John 1:18)
and there is only one God (1 Corinthians 8:6, John 17:3, Deuteronomy 6:1-4, 1 Chronicles 17:21, Malachi 2:15, John 1:1, Job. 5:44,).
Satan is not a son of God, he is an angel who was thrown from Heaven (Isaiah 14:12 *see Luke 10:18 in reference to Jesus being God*, Revelation 9:1, Job 1:6, Zechariah 3:1-2, Revelation 12:9, Matthew 24:41, Revelation 12:7-9, Ezekiel 28:14)...
..and roams the earth and dwells in Hell (Job 1:7, Matthew 25:41)
and Hell does exist and we can be condemned to Hell (Matthew 23:33, Matthew 9:43-50, Matthew 25:41, Luke 12:5, 2 Peter 4:6, Matthew 8:12, Matthew 13:40-50, Luke 13:28)
and are condemned to Hell unless we are Saved, because none of us are good enough to earn our way into Heaven and eternity with Christ (Romans 3:12, Romans 6:23).
All we need is Christ, nothing else, for Salvation (2 Corinthians 12:9, Hebrew 5:9) .
